Bizarre Food of the Day: Starting February 16, Boca Tacos y Tequila of Tucson will be adding the second most deadly game to their Wednesday night menu of exotic taco fillings: African lions.
The president of the National Wildlife Humane Society Patrick Webb has already made his distaste known to owner Bryan Mazon, but he remains unmoved, saying reservations to try the unusual fare are piling up.
As far as the FDA is concerned, lion meat is fine to sell so long as the specific subspecies isn’t endangered.
