Civilization by Marco Brambilla

I think this video amalgamation is visually stunning, and worth sharing. It is installed at the new Standard Hotel in the meat packing district of NY. My very good friend Sandor, of Claro, managed the renovation of the Miami Standard Hotel & Spa, and it’s a fantastic spot. I’m looking forward to enjoying the NY Standard and its rooftop.

Civilization is a video installation composed from over 400 video clips, created with artist/director Marco Brambilla. It takes elevator passengers on a trip from hell to heaven as they go up, or from heaven to hell as they go down.
